Although I haven't actually been a customer, I did have immediate management response when I called about a company-related situation. I was truly impressed at the concern for community members that I encountered. As a result, I will definitely consider Southern Tire Mart when I need my next set of commercial grade trailer tires. I only gave 4 stars since I haven't actually done business with them.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you choose to buy a used tire from here check your tires fully or better yet don’t. Once you drive off the next day if the same tire goes flat you stuck with being sold a bad tire and management refuse to be considerate.

Shout out to the great people at southern tire mart. They helped my sister's when they had a blowout and didn't charge them a dime. Such nice and helpful people are so hard to find these days
