I had a unit for about 2 years, and every thing was excellent! Customer service was always great, and my stuff was always protected.

Beware- Terrible customer service! I had my unit for 1 week, it was broken into. I was not notified of the break in and my unit was left unsecured from Friday to Sunday. I went to take more items to my unit on that Sunday and then realized my belongings had been gone through and unit was unsecured. I immediately removed my things and asked for a refund- even if it was pro-rated. I was told after waiting 2weeks, sorry it isn’t policy to give refunds and we cannot give the managers contact info to you. Worst storage unit experience ever!

Beware of mold issues. They have leaky units that apparently they are aware of but didn't bother warning me about. This has resulted in a lot of my furniture ending up covered in mold.
