Sleep Number Bed I8 & Mobile, AL Store
We recently purchased the Sleep Number I8 bed, and it’s been a game-changer for us. The adjustable features allow us to customize our comfort, and we wake up refreshed without any neck or back pain! The bed feels luxurious and supportive, offering the perfect sleep environment for each of us. The best part is no more snoring from my spouse allowingus both a much better sleep.
Our experience at the Mobile, AL Sleep Number store was top-notch, thanks to our salesperson, Devin. Devin guided us through every step of the process, helping us choose the best model and features to suit our needs including pillows and sheets. Her expertise and friendly, no-pressure approach made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommend both the I8 and Devin’s exceptional service! So be sure to vistit the Mobile store and ask for Devin.

I actually bought my bed without even trying one. Jemienah was wonderful to work with. She helped me pick out my bed and everything I needed over the phone. My husband and I are complete opposite sleepers. She helped pick out what we needed to meet both our needs. Any questions I had she had an answer for.

I have a couple of friends that purchased Sleep Number beds within the last year. Both have back issues and told me they wished they had purchased them sooner. We actually went just to kill time but once we started testing each of the beds we fell in love. Our salesman, Gregg, was absolutely amazing. His knowledge of their product was uncanny. While testing the mattress we ultimately purchased I almost fell asleep. We can't wait to get our mattress delivered. I am dreaming of dreaming again.

Went in the other day because I was moving both my SleepNumber mattress and adjustable base to a new house and couldn’t find my air tubing caps. Walked in and was immediately greeted by Greg. I told him my issue and he immediately said he could help me out and looked up my profile to confirm he was providing me the right caps. He also took the time to show me how to properly and safely disconnect the mattress and provided tips on how best to move the mattress and adjustable base. He was very kind and warm and, even though the interaction was short, he went above and beyond and was extremely helpful. I’ll be using this store moving forward just because of this great experience. If you go to this store, ask for Greg! He’s awesome!

When I ordered my mattress and box spring, I forgot to measure hight. When I receive my new mattress and box spring, I had trouble getting in bed. The Good Morning people took the box spring back and brought back a shorter one.? How very wonderful of them.I'm very happy!!

Experience at the store was good, but once the bed was installed I have had nothing but problems with the foot warmer, which was the main reason I got the bed.. Calling customer service is a waste of time, the customer service is absolutely horrible and doesn't have any idea what they are doing. You pay all this money for a bed and they want to charge you for this and that to come out and check it out. Have had the same issue but instead of sending the tech out to recheck or fix the problem at no charge you have to pay a fee for them to come out for the same issue within 4 months.Buying this bed was by far not a good idea. I do not recommend wasting your money.
