So professional. I was hesitant because of other reviews but when I got here it was very clean and organized. Kiera was a blessing! She helped me so much and was so patient with my questions and color matched me perfectly even though I have always had a tough time finding my own color with others. She even checked in with me several times while handling other customers. Im really happy that there’s a Sephora near me and you guys need give it a chance. These reviews aren’t accurate

I recently visited the newly opened Sephora store in my city with high hopes of indulging in a delightful shopping experience. However, to my utter dismay, what I encountered left me appalled, disgusted, and questioning the store's commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. It is truly disheartening to witness a store deteriorate into a deplorable state within just three days of opening its doors to the public.Upon entering the store, the first thing that struck me was the lack of maintenance and attention to detail. The product testers, which are meant to showcase the quality and effectiveness of the beauty products, were an absolute horror show. They appeared to have been used and abused without any semblance of care or cleanliness. Foundation smears, smudged eyeshadows, and clumpy mascara wands adorned the testers, rendering them utterly useless for customers seeking to make informed purchasing decisions.The display areas were no better, with shattered eyeshadow palettes and shattered products on the floor. It was evident that no effort had been made to clean up or organize the products. Instead, customers were left to navigate through a chaotic mess, struggling to find what they needed amidst the clutter. The once pristine and inviting shelves now resembled a clearance sale aftermath, with items scattered haphazardly, further exacerbating the overall sense of disorder and untidiness. It was baffling to witness such neglect in a store that prides itself on providing an exceptional shopping experience. It appeared as though the staff had little regard for maintaining cleanliness, and the lack of attention was palpable. I was so excited to have a Sephora in Mobile again but I do not know how long it will last based on how it is currently operating.Hygiene is of paramount importance, especially in a place like Sephora, where customers come to sample and interact with beauty products. The unclean and unsanitary conditions I encountered not only left me questioning the store's commitment to customer well-being but also raised concerns about the potential health risks associated with using compromised testers.As a loyal customer, I expected better from Sephora—a brand that has built its reputation on offering high-quality products and excellent customer service. This dismal experience has left me disillusioned and disinclined to return to this particular store. I sincerely hope that Sephora takes immediate action to rectify the cleanliness issues and instill a culture of cleanliness and hygiene throughout its stores.In conclusion, the new Sephora store was a disappointing and disheartening experience. The lack of cleanliness, unorganized displays, and unkempt product testers were all indicative of a severe neglect of basic maintenance. I urge Sephora to address these issues promptly, as they tarnish the brand's image and compromise the shopping experience for loyal customers!

Shopping at Sephora in Kohl's was awesome, the girl with pink hair immediately dropped what she was doing to help me find a specific product and check the drawers. They really are trying their best to give a great experience to every one. Just remember they just opened, be kind. Will definitely come back.

I went to the new Sephora in Kohls in Mobile and let me just say I love it. All of the people were super nice and asked if we needed any help. I bought some of the Sephora collection and love what I got. I will definitely go back. They are newly open and they were pretty busy. Customer service is key and the people that work there were great.

They won’t last a year! Passive aggressive beauty advisors. The store is filthy. I came in with one product in mind and they tried to get me to buy something else. Most of the stock was out and testers are destroyed and unusable. Not impressed at all… I’ll go to Ulta.

I had an awesome experience at the Sephora @ Kohls! The beauty advisors were awesome! They were attentive and very easy to talk to! She listen to all my needs and was able to help me find the perfect product! I was really taken by surprise at the reviews I saw beforehand, but I assume the issues that they were speaking of was due to them just opening last Wednesday. Because I experience nothing short of amazing. Thanks Sephora

I went to the Sephora here for the first time. I experienced the worst service ever. As soon as we walked in the white lady with pink hair was following my mother and I the entire time. It was so sad and next time I’ll be sure to loudly tell her and the fake security man to BACK UP. I’ve never been profiled that hard before. We were there for less than a minute it was ridiculous. Please do not ever do that again. That was ridiculous. It made my shopping experience very uncomfortable. This is the only Sephora nearby. The next closest is in Pensacola. Y’all need to do better. And stop profiling.

I absolutely adore working with the advisors at Sephora. I pride my job and look forward to coming in and servicing every client that comes into our store. I love sharing my product knowledge and experience with every client. Sephora represents diversity and self expression and I love working for a company that has strong values. The leadership in the store is very understanding of my work schedule, school schedule and mom life. I work with a hard working team and we all strive to meet our clients needs. Sephora is now open in Kohl's. The excitement that I feel now that I don't have to order online for my essential. The store is located in the center of Kohl's. It's big, spacious, bright and beautiful. They have all your favorite beauty and fragrance essentials including high end brands like Gucci and YSL. If you're in the market for beauty products this location is a must stop.
