The customer service sucks when certain people are working. I’ve noticed when the employees (such as the ones working today) don’t greet me, offer assistance, nor tell me to have a good day. Yet a customer walked in after me and received all of the above. Now I don’t know if it’s because I’m younger than the other customer or darker. ? But being that it’s happened on more than one occasion, I choose the 2nd option. I wouldn’t come here if this wasn’t the only store that has the one item I need to DIY my nails. Other than that, I wouldn’t spend a dime to be treated less than by some teens and/or young adults. Also you might want to check the cameras on 1/11/23 around 3-3:30 pm because that’s suspicious to me for someone to be near the register with their purse on.

Sally Beauty is a lovely beauty supply store. I like how they have nearly everything you could use on your hair. They also have good skin care items. Their prices are reasonable and their staff is very nice and very helpful as needed.

colleen & bryanna are always so sweet & helpful! i absolutely ruined my hair & not only did they help me fix it, they also gave me recommendations on how to not do it again. these girls know so much more than you would expect! such sweet staff, they’re always having fun & it definitely calmed my nerves when i thought i’d end up bald

I bought a nail drill 1.5 weeks ago. It works great sometimes and other times it doesn't work at all I took it back to the store today with the receipt in exactly the same condition that it came in. The manager and another employee asked me if I had a box. I told them no and (I told them that I had the receipt). The manager could not have been more arrogant, condescending, and rude. He said that's our policy we can't take it back without a box. Do you have the receipt (guess he want Litem going there first time. He looked at the receipt he said "yeah, you can just send it back to manufacture and I think it has a year warranty." No one mentioned that to me about the box which I think is probably not even legitimate - I can't imagine a store having that kind of policy and having any kind of reputation whatsoever. I love Sallys I love the people there they're so helpful. It's just a great experience usually to go but I will never go to this one again I'll go to the one on Airport Boulevard

I have always been an advocate for Sally, in regards to their great service, but this visit changed everything. I just left out of the store. Three ladies were standing behind the register talking. I asked for help and they looked at me like I was a foreign object. Why are there three women (standing and cackling) as if they are on recreational time. Please advise employees on professionalism and the true meaning of going to work. Work is not made for hanging out. I’m appalled and disgusted, to say the least. I own a salon and I will take my business elsewhere.

I went there to buy a specific hair dye and they were completely out, but they were either out of or extremely low in stock on everything. But, the customer service was great. They were with me from the time I walked in the door. They were extremely nice and very helpful. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is due to their stock issue.

Do all Sally’s charge for a bag to carry your stuff out in? Maybe it’s just me but I feel as though it’s wrong to be asked if I want to pay 15 cents for a plastic bag. I just spent over $80 dollars there and they’re going to charge for a plastic bag to put it all in?? I don’t know if that is company wide or just at this location but I think it’s ridiculous.

REALLY! Seriously charging .15 cent for a shopping bag. It was the company’s choice to go green you should not impose that in the customer. WOW. No words.

No problem with the staff or store, but since when did they start charging $0.15 to put your stuff in a bag??? I went there not too long ago & wasn’t charged for a bag. Has anyone else experienced this?
