Received a call day before delivery and told delivery would be next day between 12-1 @ 2p. Next day I called and asked where was my delivery, first I was told it didn't go out, then after a short pause was told the truck broke down so I said so you've only got the one truck, no actually its the trailer that broke down, they are full of lies and deception. Can't get the truth out was then told delivery would be the following day at the same time 12-1 @ 1.15 I called and asked what was their excuse today, no excuse today your delivery will be delivered between 3-4pm a d they also Saud they don't give put hour time frames out for delivery, it seems there's a lot of wrong doings going on at Saia.
Delivery did arrive @3.15pm

Lester Bailey (delivery driver) did an EXCELLENT job delivering our mahogany/glass French doors. Nothing but great service from everyone with this company that we dealt with.

Not positive. I told them delivery with an 18-wheeler will be problematic. Ok, they showed up with an 18-wheeler. Because they listen. Then they wanted to drop the item off next to the highway... (maybe with a sign saying "lucky winner"?)... Got it 30 hours later after I refused to pick it up at their facility 30 miles away. No, I'd never hire them again. They don't remember who pays them.

We ordered a large item that was supposed to be delivered today according to the arrangements made with the seller. Due to internal issues at SAIA they were not able to make delivery today even though it was at their terminal and loaded on a truck for delivery today....and to receive our item on time we had to go get it from their terminal.

I ordered an item and the company decided to use Saia. Issue number one was the email I was sent said the tracking number but when you go to SAIA's website it uses different terminology and gives you various options to select. None say tracking number.
