After terrible customer service at two other locations, I was in and out from Saad Medical Equipment in 5 minutes with everything I needed for my child’s nebulizer. I chose to pay cash rather than waiting on insurance to cover inexpensive items. The other two places wouldn’t help me because they didn’t take my insurance. I appreciate that Saad will allow you just to pay for what you need if insurance will be a huge wait or not cover the items. I will definitely be back next time.

I’d give them 0 stars if I could. My dad is having surgery in the morning ,has called multiple times to inquire about medical equipment during the week. They waited until almost 5 pm the night before surgery to say they can’t provide the equipment. This is unexceptable! Terrible customer service! I’d recommend using a different business that cares.

When I got to the store, I hobbled up to the customer service/cashier desk.I asked the first salesgirl if they had walking boots and she said yes then pointed to where they were located. She wouldn't assist me. There were only two people in the store, one being me. I hobbled over to the boots. I needed a short boot size small. All that was on the shelf were two short boots, one large and one extra large. I hobbled back over to the "customer service" desk and asked the second salesgirl if they had my size. She went to check the storage area to see if the small boot was in stock. She came out with a $100 tall boot and said the tall boots were all they had. She never apologized for not having what I needed nor did she offer to order one. Both salesgirls gave me the impression that they really didn't want to be there. I won't be back and I certainly don't recommend.

I went to Saad Medical Equipment to get a variety of medical supplies. I was assisted by the store manager, Mr. Morgan. He and his staff did a great job in assisting me in finding all medical supplies. The store is clean and well stocked . The staff are very friendly and accommodating . What ever they don't have in stock they can order. I strongly recommend Saad Medical Equipment for medical equipment and supplies.

Saad Medical Equipment Company have a Real Rock Star 'RS' and such a valuable asset on Board Lainee. She represents a very modest breed in this New Millennium because she comes with all the Bells and whistles, Southern Hospitality!@ it's finest. She reminds me of that good 'ole Southern Charm. Lainee is Kind, polite, thoughtful and very knowledgeable. I have interacted with her on numerous occasions, she is goal oriented and determine to see the task completed from start to finish, successfully. Lainee is engaging and very interested in meeting the customer and/or client goals or request. It's refreshing when I'm in town to walk in the door@ the store to see her or if I am out of state she return calls and diligently follows up to complete the task. Again, she represents a modest breed, that is becoming distinct 'Awesome Customer Service and Personable Care', that is almost impossible to find, I will say without any reservation and label her as a (ANOMALY). I truly look forward to doing business with her and I will have to be honest, if she is recruited by another company I will definitely sought her out. So, Customers/Clients if you would like to do Business with an outstanding, personable and knowledgeable company representative drop by or call and ask for 'Lainee', You WILL NOT be disappointed!.
