Letonya Dixon (or whatever her name is) the manager, is extremely rude and nasty (nice nasty) to customers who inquire about installation services. If RIMTYME only installs wheels and tires bought at RIMTYME, then just say that to the customers when they ask you about bringing their own wheels and tires. There is no need to be RUDE. She basically told me to take my business elsewhere and get out of HER store. So I did. And after this, I BET none of my friends and family will be visiting this establishment. THANK YOU.

Awesome experience very pleased with the staff that were so helpful and professional. Great prices,no long wait,huge selection. Found exactly what I was looking for. Rimtyme is the place to go for your rims. I recommend them to everyone!!!!

What’s up competition that we’re running threw mud it’s Mike a Exotic Wheels and tires up the street from you guys I have had customers come in my shop saying y’all are bad mouthing my establishment what kind of franchise does that?? I got videos don’t let me post them on your page cause next time we hear yall try to slander our name we’re posting the videos and face it we are here to take over an run you out of mobile there a New Wheel shop in mobile Exotic Wheels and tires

I wasn’t too happy that I got hung up on, all I wanted a price to mount and balance 4 tires and thought I would try here because I didn’t want any chance of damaging my new wheels. I don’t understand why that would be confusing and then just hang up on me is really bad business.

LaTonya the manager was very helpful very good experience.nice person all around, went in on a Friday got my tires on a Monday due to ordering process which was extremely quick. Jada was nice as well very friendly.

I came in today needing a new set of tires for my car. The service was phenomenal and the owner was extremely professional and knowledgeable about what type and style of tires would best fit my car. It made my experience much more comfortable. The best part was the price! This place definitely beats any tire shop around. Thank you so much!!
