MARRIOT SHOULD BE ASHAMED ! This place is horrible you can’t get linen, tissue or service for a 4 day stay according to front desk this is protocol they only change trash. Don’t use your points or cash for this location, Motel 6 has better service than this! The low income day shift front desk workers are the rudest got damn country!

I’ve been receiving horrible guest services there was no toilet tissue in my room neither paper towels was force to go purchase it. I contacted the front desk and still couldn’t get this problem resolved. The housekeeper is very rude and unprofessional I will never stay at this location again!!! Just because it’s a small country city doesn’t mean the hotel and the services provided have to be plus Marriott should be ashamed to let this Residence Inn be associated with their name and brand!!! If you’re forced to stay at this horrible location it’s best that you come prepared with your own amenities and essentials because they won’t provide it even though you’re paying for it!! The phones do not work! But even if they did the front desk never answers because they’re never at the desk. One person overnight I witness standing in the parking lot smoking weed while guest walking in and around the front lobby searching for the front employee. All while the employee is in the parking lot smoking weed with their friend looking at the guest in the lobby area just standing there for about an 90 minutes!!!!Rooms: Horrible!!!!!

My husband stays here while working in Mobile and I spent a week with him recently. All the staff are extremely kind, helpful and friendly. The AGM James is extremely good at his job and goes well out of his way to give guests a great experience. Housekeeping is fast and efficient, the front desk attendants are helpful and enthusiastic, and the morning and evening meal staff are just a ray of sunshine and always so pleasant and sweet to guests. It's a very nice and well run hotel, but the staff make the whole experience that much better. We will now only stay here when visiting the Mobile area.

The best stay for family travel I have ever stayed for a very very reasonable price suite . 2 rooms, living room, kitchen with oven , dishes . Body wash , shampoo, . Indoor swimming pool, gym, and out door basketball court and court yard to chill at outside with a bbq grill. Breakfast served from 7am to 11 am . Absolutely greatRooms: The rooms were 5 star quality beds are super comfortable

This hotel is not remotely up to Marriott standards. I’m a Bonvoy Platinum (50+ nights a year) so I see plenty. This is a Motel 6 with Marriott slapped on the sign. Our room was requested for an early check in and approved. Check in at 1, room isn’t ready, needs 20 minutes. 20 minutes later, they need 20 more minutes. Go up at 1:40 so we can change for a formal event with our luggage, the two cleaning ladies are still in the room talking instead of cleaning. We go downstairs since we have to change in the public restrooms. As we’re walking out with luggage to go to event, NOW our room is ready.Also, room had no hot water 2 of 4 days, room had nowhere to charge electronics in bedroom (lights use the only bedside plug), the sofa bed was broke, and there were bugs in the kitchen garbage. Just stay far far away!

Don’t judge a book by its cover. I was a little worried when checking in as the front door needs paint and the hallway carpet looked dingy and in need of a vacuum. The attendant also said that the elevator was broken (things happen). To my relief, our room was very modern and clean. Breakfast was good and had numerous selections. I know the hotel is trying to boast about sustainability but the paper plates and plastic utensils would indicate otherwise. Overall, would definitely stay here again and I believe this hotel is a good value for your money.

I felt like part of a family. The assistant manager was the best. He helped me with a huge problem with a third party booking issue. Great coffee going 24/7. The maintenance superintendent was fabulous, and all of the domestics were helpful in every way possible. Can’t wait to go back! Best of all, I was allowed to have my fur babies with me. I give them 10 stars!

Stopped here for a night rest en route to our destination. There is really not much to dislike about this hotel. Prime location, amazing customer service (and I mean it—front desk staff was so so good), free hot breakfast with decent variety, and really nice indoor facilities like a patio and small fitness room.Only 2 complaints are: while our room smelled good, there was small flies all over—very annoying— and, pool was dirty so kids were not able to enjoy.Would recommend it though and would definitively return. We had a quiet restful night and that’s all the matter. :)

Please be careful booking here. They put me and my family which consisted of two small children in a room where the floor was absolutely flooded the entire. They knew the air conditioner was leaking and did not put us in a new room. The carpet was molded and caused my spouse to have an asthma attack. I put a sheet down to avoid the area and it grew mold instantly. The assistant manager said he would compensate us for the trouble and did not. They will not reach back out and keep giving us the run around. The room was not cheap and the experience was extremely unpleasant. I was in town for a wedding and this was just extremely inconvenient. If you can stay somewhere else do so. I even reached out to corporate and no one is seeming to care about the inconvenience they put on my family.

As a relatively experienced business traveler, I have to say this is one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed with for a myriad of broad reasons. For one we had to change rooms 3x due to faulty equipment in each room. Another issue was the staff was rude and condescending. The worst perhaps it’s the inept staff, who couldn’t get the correct documentation provided for an itemized receipt almost 7 days later! Still now they don’t answer the phone to resolve issues.

Bait and switch. Showed up at check in time only to be told that they had overbooked and my suite with kitchen was no longer available. They sent me to Courtyard by Marriott in just a standard room with no kitchen. If they send you and email allowing you to check in 48 hrs prior, do so! Maybe they won't give your room away. Definitely disappointed.

Nice place to stay, quiet..though the place stayed roughly at capacity-according to the full parking lot-I rarely ran into anyone in the corridors except security & housekeeping around all the appropriate times. Real comfy, quiet leave-you-be-type place, just the way i like it to be. Indoor pool & fitness/weight room with full set of dumbbells && always stocked with fresh hand towels.Safety: Key card entry from outside 24/7, except front door where you have to pass the front desk but i dont think they'd notice anyone who might not belong going by. Which kind of defeats the purpose of the others being secured but what can ya do..
