Good morning to all my Renasant bankers. I currently am a customer at Renasant bank which I love there are very hands on with customers and go above and beyond to help you with all and I do mean all of your banking needs. Matthew Bell helped me open and account when other banks told me no do to me being reported in the check system yrs later, later He has also helped me again by saving my charged off business account that was about to be closed when I fell sick with covid19 and lost my income for over 2 months. Now I don’t know what others look for in a bank but I look for great customer service, understanding when I need help or have concerns about my money, and patience when I ask a million questions about my money with a bank I trust to keep it with I also like that they are very personable with all clients from remembering your names over the phone or in person and helping you get things done. All of this you can find if you bank with Renasant Bank in Mobile my location is is off of Service road I-65 ask for Matt Bell his is great and I am willing to share him with you all. Staff gets 10 STARS from me for compassion, hard word thanks again to every one at Renasant Bank

Was not thrilled with this bank don't know how they expect to get anything accomplished when they close at 4:00 and people don't get off work until around that time will not deal with them again

Great small local bank with amazing personal service! Left Compass Bank after 25 years and moved every account I have here. I highly recommend switching to Renasant. Glad they have a location in Auburn for when my son goes off to college.
