My story is long with my medical journey but I'll keep it short. They were amazing and helped me raise my living situation moral and gave me strength to get better. Keep up the amazing work!!

I had a fall in my electric chair and it stopped working. Then had a communication problem between you and my doctor on getting the paperwork right to get it repaired. That took about 5 weeks to get right. Then ordering the parts was another 3 or 4 weeks. Now because when the initial check on the chair was done by a very overworked tech, he didn't catch that the battery cable had been broken. Now in week 8 waiting for a cable that nobody seems to have. If you would allow your tech to keep replacement parts on his truck to be able to repair these chairs in the one trip it would cut down on your cost by reducing the number of return trips that are made over and over again. I do appreciate the loan of the manual wheelchair, even if it was defective and didn't roll half the time. I like my chair very much and in my opinion is a pretty good model, but have not had the best of luck in this situation. Not that I am trying to change anyone's mind on using Rehab Medical to fill your wheelchair needs, but you might check out other companies and check their track record before deciding. I really thought I had a winner with your company when I approached you for a new chair. Service was promised without wait. That promise has not been observed, and that is what upsets me the most. I was told when the chair was being ordered that you handled all the paperwork, but I have had to do most of the coordinating on this project. I fear if I hadn't, I would never get my chair fixed. Anyway thank you for your help, and please send a cable so I can get mobile again.

I am a caregiver. The man's I help had his doctor send referral to this company for a wheelchair. Employee , Charlie Murphy called on May 12 and said he needed to come to evaluate before we could get chair. He said he would be here at 10:30. Great i planned my errands around that. He called at 10:25 and said he was running almost an hour and half late, would not be here until noon. Then got smart when i got frustrated. He did show, did eval, said he would do his report to a lady and she would get back with us. Two weeks later, we have not heard a word. In this modern age , customer service is worse than I ever remember and I'm 58. If i could give them less than one star, I would.
