When I arrived to the store there was a sign on the door that read back in 5 mins. I waited about three minutes and she took the sign and unlocked the door. I walked in and started to look around. I had to initiate the conversation with her. She was at the desk. She was very sweet and polite but definitely not what I was used to at red wings. I describe your store as like if you were buying a car and u go to Hyundai dealership vs. a Porsche dealership. Typically your store is like the poshe dealership. Every other time I walk in it's like I am the only one that matters like a VIP. When I am spending the money like I am for a pair of boots I expect to receive the treatment like that. Like I said she didn't do anything wrong but it felt like I walked in to the show section at Walmart. So I chose the same boot I got last time even though I was looking for something like an upgrade but it's ok. I love these boots. They lasted me a year and a half. That's amazing right there. Your boots are the toughest I have ever worn and I am very demanding on boots. Typically I am in the. For 12 to 14 hours a day and in all kinds of environments so thank you for a great boot but maybe at least offering a customer a coffee something lol.

Edwin and Macy were great and knowledgeable salespeople! They knew tons about the products and let me spend over an hour walking in boots to find the perfect pair. They were also great about working with me in between other patrons. I would not hesitate to refer a friend or pick up another pair of boots at this location.

Incredible staff. Edwin was very personable and helpful. He was warm and bent over backwards to fulfill my needs even before I knew I needed them, all with a smile. This is a cozy place with excellent footwear and service

It was VERY positive, the guy was very informative despite the lack of internal tools, my experience there was an A+++++ Edwin is the absolute best, he deserves an seats for the service I received there, honestly, never had an experience like that at a boot shop, OUTSTANDING!!!!!!

Was expecting to have a good experience based on other reviews, but I was very disappointed in their customer service. Felt as though I knew more about their line-up than the girl working there. I also felt as though I was an inconvenience to her as well. I came in fully intending to buy a pair of boots but instead went elsewhere. Found better service at Northern Tool + Equiptment.

I love red wing boots but the customer service at this store is terrible. I ordered the same pair of boots twice. Both times they said they tried to call me when they came in but that was a lie. They said I waited too long to pick them up so they sold them. I waited 10 days to check on them because they asked me to. The customer service person said "sorry about that. have a nice day". I guess we cant order them again. I'll find my boots somewhere else.

It's redwings, everyone there I've talked to was polite. I like USA made products, gives me a sense of pride even though it may cost a good bit more. But in the end you got a great USA made product that you can be proud of.Had to go back after a couple weeks. The initial boot I picked out didn't work for me. The guy was cool and helped me a second time. Told him what was wrong and he did a second check and went with a different size and width because my feet are a little off size. He took care of me, swapped them out and refunded the difference and got a couple pair of socks. You couldn't ask anymore from these guys. I'll be back next year for another pair. I recommend this store, they will go the distance before and after the sale to help your!

We come from hours away every year to shop at this location because owner is such a sweet, funny human being.Unfortunately, she wasn't at the store last week when we shopped for new boots, but the gentleman who helped us was fantastic.
