The technician that works there is awesome and super helpful. Apparently the gate code doesn’t work real well because I wasn’t able to get in fortunately for me he was there. If he wasn’t there, I would’ve had to call stupid automated service and waited to get into two different units and two parking spots I paid for.

GREAT Experience!!! I love the pre-pay feature and the trust factor, as they DO NOT require clean out deposit. I don't have to meet the manager on site and spend 30 minutes doing paperwork. My new Bestie!!

We bid on auction storage units. We like that the system at this facility is simple. To manager, everything is done online. They don't charge upfront cleaning fees. Only for units you won. Last time I played at different facility. Had to pay cleaning deposit first, wait several days to get it back.

Rented a 30' parking spot for my rv. Got to the unit and found it closer to 20', not even long enough to park my truck.Completely false representation. I would not waste time if they said spot was only 20'.Not worth dealing with Red Dot. Go somewhere else.

I rented "30 foot parking" for my RV. When I got onsite found the assigned space was less than 20', not long enough to park my truck without blocking the next slot. Contacted Red Dot, got customer service in another country. They said the spot is 30' take it or leave it that's all we have. Obvious answer, leave it and now waiting for refund. If advertised as 20' parking space, I would not have rented and not wasted anyone's time. False representation.

They've been great, as I've had them for several years, but my unit got robbed, and because I made a claim they raised my rent. Businesses like this have a knack for running off their faithful customers....they advertise cameras to make you feel safe, but there's few cameras and not beneficial at all. I recommend going to a more secure company. This facility is onOld Pascagoula Rd in Tillmans corner... Stay away. Don't say you weren't warned. Dope heads wander over their gates, and ppl tend to stay in units and do drugs.

This place is a joke. My father passed away, I was the only surviving relative. No estate required to be filed in Ohio, nobody can contest anything. Red Dot required me to file an estate with the state, costing money, all while continuing to charge for the unit (nobody had access to). 60 days later after the court mailed the paperwork, I faxed it over and immediately they emailed me the information and then put a lock on the access code and charged late fees (less than 4 hours after receiving the paperwork) They refused to pro-rate the month as I'd only had access to it because of their rules and said they didn't have a way to pro-rate. Scammers and swindlers trying to get a buck when your parent or close relative passes away. Yet they are no d their condolences. What a joke. BBB report in progress.

I currently am renting a unit since Feb 2020 in another state over 6 hours away. My son was finally able to go get his stuff from the storage unit on a Sunday (11/7/2021) Upon getting there, he noticed a lock was placed on top of our lock. The facility said that it wasn't their lock and nobody could get there until Tuesday (11/9/2021) to remove it. How is this possible? This trip was done on a weekend as not to impact work/school and we now have to wait 2 days. The supervisor doesn't call back and there is no one above the supervisor to speak to. I sent 3 emails to corporate in regard to this and no one calls back either. The only answer I received was the maintenance supervisor has prior obligations. Again, let me repeat we are from out of state and being made to wait 3 days to retrieve our belongings on a unit that has been paid in full since Feb 2020. Do not use this Red Dot storage in WV or in any other state. Not very accommodating to their customers.
