Doctor ordered me biPAP machine was supposed to be here week ago but no one called me and no one answers the phone horrible, horrible customer service don’t recommend this company for anything they don’t care about anyone.

Providence Home Medical called me to send CPAP supples. I told them what I needed and they sent other utems but not what I ordered. They dont answer their phone and seem to be unreacheable. I called 4 or 5 tmes with no results. Maybe I chose the wrong company for my supplies.

I thought I would go with Providence for my supplies and equipment, as I've switched insurance, and need a new provider. After speaking with them initially, and giving my information, I've called their office several times, but no one answers the phone, and there's no voice mail to leave a message. My previous provider has been calling and faxing them also, wanting to be sure I have the equipment I need before they come to collect theirs. I can't go with someone so inaccessible, and will be contacting other companies on my provider list.

If it was available I would give it NO STARS, Do not use this company. The gentleman who initially helped us was very nice but the office staff is rude. The billing practices of this company are horrible and I have had to get my Insurance company to intervene on more than one occasion. The "billing number" they give you to call in for help is useless. When you call it, you get an automated answer stating they are overwhelmed with phone calls and to leave your name and number and they will call you back. No, they do not call you back and seem to refuse to try and assist you in any manner. Stay away and choose another company if you want your billing to be correct.
