Worst customer service ever. They refused to sell a firearm to my legally blind friend. The manager said he’s sure that’s illegal to sell to him. Took 10 seconds of research to find out a blind person CAN in fact purchase a firearm in the state of Alabama. He’s even got his Concealed carry permit. He bought two guns later that day at a better store. Manager smirked and laughed on our way out because I guess he gets off putting down people with disabilities. If I could give 0 stars I would.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Extremely fun & professional staff. The manager Paul was very helpful, knowledgeable, & outgoing.They have great items at great prices. They were working hard to help all the people there shopping.The building was very clean and shopable.Can't say enough.Thank you very much for a great, fun experience. We bought many items and we WILL return, mainly because of the employees. THANKS AGAIN!!

Be advised the following is for the Government St.Location!This is just an honest review to please be aware of what you’re buying. We bought a .70 white gold ( FAKE DIAMOND) passed off as real however ( marked as lab grown on the girdle) another dealer confirmed) lab grown moissanite so I called pronto pawn told them what was going on as it a was being tested during an upgrade. This is how I found out it was not a real diamond. They asked me to bring it in along with my receipt, he took it in the back for several minutes came back out and said to me it was indeed a real diamond and even wrote on a piece of paper. This is a real diamond, and wrote his signature, then proceeded to tell me that if I took it to his other location on Moffett Road the store manager there had a $5000 machine that would definitely tell me this was a real diamond and if it wasn’t I could get my money back so I left and proceeded down the road and decided I would stop at coin loop jewelry, these people buy and sell gold and they are very reputable in the Mobile area. I told him what was going on. They were happy to assist me and quickly let me know that this was a fake diamond was lab created so I asked how much would he take for it and his immediate response was he wouldn’t even sell anything like that. I showed back up at Pronto pawn and let the guy know exactly what happened only then he offered me $300 back of the $550 that I have spent people please be aware. I am considering reaching out to a lawyer regarding this terrible event

Dr zubby made me feel excited with the possibilities that the herbs had to offer. In the months since I started taking the herbs my outbreaks have all but disappeared. I no longer fear dating, my depression has lifted and I am truly hopeful for the future. Yesterday I was given a price of 1700.00 for a 4wheeler went back today the price is 18000.00. I went to my car and called back and asked for the price the young lady said 12,500.00. I thought Paul was legit but I guess not.....needless to say I did not make a purchase. Price Gouging for the holidays.

I went here today to cash a payroll check because my bank was closed already and and my experience was terrible. I was asked multiple questions about why I didn’t just cash it at my bank then I was accused of printing my check off my computer at home. The guy I spoke with was extremely rude. Do not recommend and they will definitely not have my business. Would give zero but I had to select at least one.
