I rarely write bad reviews! The countertop is beautiful but service left so much to be desired. The company did not arrive on the days they were meant to and I had to reach out myself to find out what was going on. We were told our kitchen would not have countertops for 3 days. This became 10 days without any communication from them unless I called. The countertop installers did not properly secure the dishwasher ( after the second attempt) and we are still dealing with a dishwasher that infrequently closes in order to start. They left without fixing the electrical panels that they took off, leaving me to call and pay for a separate electrician.

We had 3 bathroom counters replaced with "Fantasy Brown" granite by Professional Stone .. it looks fantastic!! .. Mac showed up when he said he would for the estimate and the installers showed up when they were supposed to for the demo and install .. highly recommend!!!

Mac Sells was a breath of fresh air during our home repair/remodel experience. From my first phone call with him through the completion of the installation, he was nice, courteous, funny and professional. He invited me to his business where he personally guided me through the slabs. He was extremely informative and assisted me in both design and material suggestions that would be best for my specific family dynamic. He has a variated array of materials on site that fit many different styles from traditional and classic to modern and trendy- he has it all. He took extra time moving slabs around so that I could "hand-pick" the exact slab that would be used in my home. He was relatively easy to get in touch with and would even respond to my (many) questions outside of office hours, when his schedule would allow. Mac was clear and transparent about his timelines and availability for measuring, fabricating, and installing. Even though there were setbacks with other aspects of my rebuild that lead to me having to stop production on the day he was fabricating, he was able to adjust his schedule and fit my job back in the installation queue within a couple of weeks. He did so with a compassionate and understanding disposition. Mac and his team are trustworthy and detail oriented. He also took time after the job was completed to call and ensure that we were happy. I am very proud to recommend Professional Stone to others and am happy that he is part of our journey of our home re-build.
