I went into this store about 6 months ago, and not one employee acknowledged me!! They were too busy on their phones and computers. I might go back, and see if anything has changed

Was in on the 30th. One other customer was shopping (only one) and I was there for an exchange, which I changed to a return so I didn't have to come back. I could not find a single employee. With one other customer this was inexcusable. I just needed to exchange. I finally found an associate and he reluctantly removed himself from his chair, letting me know that I was bothering him for breathing, after I spoke politely to him and asked for help, to begrudgingly assist me, the minimum he could speak was all he could do "is there a problem, online or store, store credit or return to card". When the exchange on my part was completed I politely said thank you for his help, he said nothing, literally nothing. As I was exiting the store, three other associates emerged from somewhere, they were apparently in the store as this was not shift change and none of them spoke or acknowledge me or the other customer in fact they didn't even realize we existed. Pottery barn is always better than this - makes me sad

This is a nice store for getting furniture and home decor items. It can be a bit expensive but they have good quality items. You can get lots of nice items for your bedroom. The store seems clean and safe and the staff is very nice and helpful.

Recently purchased a Christmas tree collar and Christmas Tree Ornament Hooks from this location on 10/25/21. Joanna was so helpful and wonderful to work with.The negative encounter I had today was when I the products I purchased had a dramatic price drop.I spoke to Pottery Barn Customer Service before I contacted Mobile location and they told me to contact the store I purchased from and they would happily do the price adjustment because they do not hold in-store purchases on file.So I called the Mobile Location and spoke to Jason who rudely told me that they will not do a price adjustment on anything after 7-14 days???Complete joke to hear this from Jason when I could easily return the items since it’s within the 30 day period and rebuy it with the discount… I guess they would rather get a complete return than do a price adjustment.Great customer service!!!! It seemed like all he wanted to do was argue instead of resolving the issue.Ridiculous as I am a customer who has spent thousands of dollars at their locations Online, Mobile and Birmingham AL.If I could give Jason a big fat ZERO I would happily.He really needs to be corrected how he speaks to customers who spend their money and clients money at his location, online and Birmingham AL that keeps his job alive.Such a shame… I will definitely vier my clients to Arhaus and other competitors who actually treat us with respect and have enough common sense to do a price adjustment before receiving a full return.I would like for PB Corporate to reach out to me or anyone with common sense to resolve this matter ASAP.

My husband and I wandered around the Mobile store trying out swivel chairs.We downsized and wanted something comfortable.No one ever bothered to ask if they could help us.
