Everyone was polite Performed a wire transfer, discussed helix options, and changed style of checking account all within 20 minutes. Mrs. Jones went above and beyond to help accomplish what we needed.

Slow, SLOW service. Teller did not need higher approval when I deposited a large sum, but I must wait forever for higher approval to withdraw even a small portion of my money.

PNC supposedly up dated , I have on line banking, when they do this your old account won’t do. I don’t know my code so I can’t get my balance, tried to call but my calls never got answered. I’m going to change banks after I get this straightened out.

Terrible customer service. Save yourself some time and don’t even bother banking here. I was a member of BBVA that was switched over to PNC, but never received a new debit card. Went by this location to get a simple 5-minute problem taken care of, instead it took an hour. I was told I had to wait in a separate “mobile line” for a banker to take care of my problem, even though I had already waited for about 20-30 minutes. Fortunately, I got to sit in the lobby for another 30 minutes and admire the ceiling tiles due to one of their bankers sitting on his computer without a customer while three of us sat in the lobby, right outside of his GLASS door.

Worst bank ever, will be pulling my money out and going to another bank. Drive-through is way too long of a wait, I tried to call to get assistance because I am legally blind and have problems reading my phone. Was told there isn’t much they can do for me, Then the lady said she would transfer me to another support person I said OK, when she transferred me the automated system said it would be at least 10 minutes before anybody wanna answer. I called back and then was told since there’s nothing they can do for me over the phone I would need to go to a branch. I tried calling my local branch because it is hard for me to see and don’t drive that much. I called three times, was on hold for 10 minutes, then hung up on me. The other two tones I was on hold a lot longer no one ever answered. I just started an account with PNC because BBVA was bought out by PNC. It’s been about a whole month or so, and that has been a month to long, goodbye PNC. Call me when you get better service.

This bank is terrible!!! I was banking with bbva and had fraudulent activity on my account where bbva handle it back in September. When the merge happened in October with pnc. Pnc took the money out twice in October. And it’s now November and they take the money out a third time. And there telling me there is nothing they can do! There ripping people off.

The SLOWEST bank I’ve ever dealt with. I use PNC for my personal account and my work also uses PNC. I’m here ALOT. I can be the only car in the drive thru and it will still take 15 minutes. Heaven forbid, there be more than one car in the drive thru. At present, there is 1 car in front of me and I’ve been here 37 minutes. Livid is an understatement. This branch is the closest for me to use, BUT I will drive to Semmes just to avoid coming here. Ridiculous!

Ridiculous customer service. Very bad attitude. This branch has always been the bad face of PNC business. I believe PNC should close this branch or give these people some training and manners. Will never bring my business agin to this location.

Must be very POOR management! Only 1 lane is open for drive thru during the day. I know they have plenty of tellers employed. 45 minutes already & 3 cars to go before my turn. BAD, BAD, BAD!
