Dauphin St location has odd hours, says its open 24 hours, then says it's open Monday 12 midnight to Friday 9:00 pm, and Saturday & Sunday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm.
Equipment is in good condition and gym is inviting and clean.

This is the cleanest Planet Fitness around! Amy and her crew are very attentive and always friendly. The manager, Amy is always there giving 110% for her members!

This location is horrible on customer service and manager is not a truthful person. I came into the gym to resolve chargers on my account that was cancelled on July 7th. I asked for the manager, to be lied too, saying she was in the bathroom.After waiting for several minutes asked for a contact number to be misled(given the gym number). I came back to the counter to ask again for manager, waited again. Finally, Amy, the manager walks out as if she had a problem-
unprofessional manner. I am disappointed in the manner I was treated to resolve a issue that was on Planet Fitness. The gym has some issues that are concerning which are stairs.

Membership dues are very reasonable. They have all the exercise equipment you can possibly use. They do get a little crowded at certain times of the day but if you can go midmorning as I do, no problem.

I left five stars because Planet Fitness showed empathy toward my disability issue and they reassured me that they would be waiting on my return after my illness! they treat me with respect and dignity.

First time visiting, the machines are newer than the machines on Dauphin Street Planet Fitness. Cardio Upstairs, Weights downstairs. Very clean. This location is set back from the street, not visible from the road. The only problem I had was I had to purchase a new lock because the Master Lock I had was too big for the locker I used. I like that there is an empty area where you could put a mat down to do exercises. Showers look very clean. I live a few miles away, but I am going to try to visit more often for a little variety. Oh, this gym is open 24 hours. I think the stairs might pose an issue with accessibility, not sure if there is an elevator.
