First one there, last one out! Great policy! Manager should constantly be aware of the progression of work on each vehicle and solve any delays. No manager!

They got there on time no problem, a day after the windshield replacement the molding fell down on the inside. It took another two weeks to get them out there. The piece that they had to calibrate over the rear view mirror fell off too! Just a crappy install! No pride in work.

The "other" warehouse in the area, was giving me a run around. PGW made it possible for me to continue building my business. And so far I am extremely happy with what they do!
