Called them and explained my situation with my car and was told to bring it on in. Dropped off the car Monday at 8:16am called about 11am and was told they had just taking my car to the back to start diagnosing it. Called back at 1:20pm to get an update and was told they haven’t started on my car yet, they hadn’t even taking it back yet!! So I instructed the lady for them not to even start on because I was coming to pick it up and take it elsewhere. Wasted a whole day from work for nothing. If they were that busy they could’ve told me that prior to wasting time bringing it there when I could’ve taking it somewhere else. Will not be returning here ever again!!

Took my car to Paul's Automotive because there was a "clanking" noise in the right front wheel area every time I went over a bump. Nineteen hundred dollars and one month later they had my car ready and I picked it up and there is still a clanking noise in the right front wheel area every time I go over a bump. ???

my car drove very nicely. I had tires and an alignment done on it. So, I had to go to Paul's automotive to get it fixed because it wasn't starting. When I left, it was pulling real hard to the right. Took it to a place to check the alignment and it was out really bad. You go in to have a problem fixed and you come out with more problems stay away.

Very very rude I call today to set up an appointment to drop off my car they picked up and hung up and thought it was a mistake called back ask was it’s a bad time to call they reply back is always a bad time and hung up I done service with them before and they done a good job very disappointed with the calls I made today but will take my business else where

Took great care of my truck that another shop quoted me $8,000 for a full engine replacement. Found the issue and fixed it in two days for less than $800. Highly recommend!

They did a good job, however the price was a little steep but these days it can be expected. The mechanic moved my seat but secretary forgot to tell him not to move seat because the electrical system to move up is broken, and l have short legs to reach the gas pedal but he did adjust back manually.

It was awesome Paul Automotive is the only place and people I trust to give me the best service and fix my car. They will never try and run a bill up and tell you unnecessary stuff needed to your car. I highly recommend them to everyone.
