Paul Milazzo never bothered to call us after a storm in May destroyed our privacy fence and totaled both our cars. The claims are handled by the StateFarm main office.
Milazzo never called us or expressed any concern.
If we called his office the secretary said "He's with a client" or " hes not in".
We have never had a more unconcerned or unavailable agent !!

Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable service. If you're a boat owner I highly recommend these guys. I have three boats and two cars with them. When I had a claim they helped me all the way through, and when I needed coverage they made sure I had the best policy without going overboard and without skimping on coverage to get the price down. And on top of that they still managed to get me the best rates in town. They really have a great team and I would highly recommend them. ?

I was paying nearly double with another carrier for homeowners and auto insurance. Lauren Coleman was very professional and thorough in helping us meet our insurance needs as we made the switch to State Farm. I wish we had done this years ago!

Working with Lauren and Beth at Paul Milazzo was a great experience. They are both very professional and patient. We had several properties and vehicles to get quoted.
