I have taken linen garments to Paragon for the last four or so months. In that time, they have managed to put spots and/or a waxy substance on three of the four garments I regularly take in. Of my four pairs of pants, I now have orange/brown spots on the front of one, wax on the cuff and back thigh of another, and then a brown waxy spot on side seam of the third. They have claimed it has been my fault each time, but there was nothing on any of these garments when I took them in - just routine cleaning and pressing. I pay good money to invest in professional but appropriate clothes for our climate - about $185 worth of clothes have been damaged by Paragon. Two stars because the people there are very friendly, but they have continually damaged my clothing in the few months I have gone there and blamed me for it. Perhaps their process for woolens/winter weight clothes is not so brutal - but they will not get my business to see how those will turn out.Services: Special care fabric cleaning

I was in town and needed my suit dry cleaned on Friday because of wrinkles of having it in my suitcase. Dropped it off before 9am and picked it up by 5pm the same day. Excellent service.

I’m sure you would’ve probably been able to clean my gown In a professional manner, however our transaction didn’t get to that point. I took the time to call ahead yesterday and ask if you had next day or rapid service available at this time, which you did. That was fine and you confirmed that when I arrived. I explained that I needed some spots removed from the garment and good press, which was also fine. As you took down my information, which was just my name, I asked If you needed my phone number In case you need to call me about the garment. You said no and commented that “y’all come in here during Mardi Gras expecting fast service!” Then I replied, no I’m just expecting your usual. I then thought deep and hard about how that exchange made me feel and it didn’t feel good. I didn’t feel as if I was being heard or if there was any concern at all. In the meantime you quickly moved to the next person and greeted him with a smile and warmth that I didn’t get.I grabbed my dress and said to you “people remember how you made them feel and I can’t [deal] with you today. I walked out and got in my car and went to another dry cleaner who greeted me with a smile, took my phone number, address and email and said that they would text me when my garment is ready. That’s service!! If you get the lesson you can change today and do better. It’s up to you. DO BETTER!!!

Very welcoming staff! The place looked clean and very well organized. The only reason I am giving four stars is because it was a little pricey. This will continue to be my go-to cleaners, clothes turned out great.

I used to trust paragon with cleaning all my dry clean only dresses, however the last time I took in a dress whatever chemical they used to spot treat it put out holes all over it and has been completely ruined, and on top of that they still charged me for the cleaning. Multiple seamstresses said they can’t even repair the dress at this point it is so badly damaged and they gave me the matching shawl back with holes burned in it. I do not recommend and will never use paragon ever again

Awesome! Paragon has only 1 location, concentrating on excellent customer service, making it well worth finding in Midtown!
