My husband and I were not very pleased about how long we had to wait but overall it was a great experience. We were there little over three hours. But we are very happy with the car y’all sold us and the price. You’ve got to ask for John Olson to help you when you visit. Great guy!!

This was the first time I bought a vehicle totally online. Jonathan Caron was the salesman and he did a wonderful job. Throughout the whole purchasing process he communicated quickly and accurately. He was a great salesman and he placed zero pressure on me to buy additional items or warranties for the vehicle. I had never experienced this before with several other dealers. When I replace my next vehicle I will return to Palmer Toyota and hopefully work with Jonathan again.

We were shopping on the internet before driving over to Mobile. Jonathan was our guide in our search for a new silver 4Runner Limited. They had one we liked but before we could get there to look at it, he texted and said that it had sold. We drove over anyway and drove another that they had on the lot to get a feel for what we thought we wanted. Jonathan said that they had just what we wanted coming in, in a couple of weeks. He suggested we put down a deposit so we wouldn't lose out again since they were selling so quickly. Thank goodness! It came in right before the weekend and we were able to drive over to see it, and it may have been love at first sight. We came home with it the same day!!!! Jonathan was so amazing!! Helpful, professional, patient, gracious, respectful, and endearing! We couldn't have asked for a more wonderful person to help us find our final year V6 4Runner Limited 4x4!! Thank you Palmer's Toyota for having such wonderful people on your team!!! Oh, and before I forget....our finance guy, Ryan , would dearly love to accompany the boss to an Alabama game this year!! Pretty please!

Niki was the very best. She stayed in communication with me, even sent me photos of it on the truck at delivery. She didn't try to rush me while I was looking. She didn't mind letting me take time to think. I highly recommend her. She is trustworthy and even offered to come pick me up when it was time to get the vehicle.
Palmers has been great hands down. This is my 1st Toyota but with service like this it definitely will not be my last. Niki even took me to see it being detailed before I drove it off. The entire process was fast and easy.
