One Link USA is not a reliable internet service company. Horrible internet connection, rude and unprofessional customer service representatives and impossible to communicate efficiently with. Like many others, while I rent at this community here, I am forced to use their services. Super unfortunate.

This company is a total sham of a business. Customer service is an absolute joke and does not have any respect for the customers using their service. Horrible to say the least.

Terrible service and creepy technicians that many of my neighbors complained about items missing out of their homes after our apartment complex let them in to install, while we weren’t there. Thankfully I stayed home when I was given no choice about them installing the service,
