“Yesterday was one of the best experiences that I have had when getting my oil changed. The GM Duke was very thorough when doing my car inspection. Mr. Johnny even made me aware of some wires hanging down under my car and even went ahead and secured them for me without me asking. I had a very pleasant experience aside from Assistant manager Wesley trying to upsell me on Stop Leak after having been told I would not be getting it. He was very persistent.”
“Went from Saralands store cause they couldn't do what I needed today (and that is perfectly okay!) and ended up coming to the Moffett Road location where Mister Williams team took care of my car with ease (haha well as much ease as my Nissan Versa Note would give them.)
They were very sweet and made sure to answer any questions or comment on statements made and I felt very safe there despite me not being familiar with Mobile as a whole (Mobile makes me anxious)
So to the team on Moffett, YALL ARE AMAZING. May both sides of your pillows always be cold, and your days be amazing ♡

“I'd give more stars if I could. These guys went above and beyond. Very reasonably priced oil change. They also checked my coolant level and topped off my washer fluid. AAA+++ service you don't find anywhere else these days. Keep up the fantastic work.”
“First time visiting (it was a week day). Very affordable ($8 for just a plain wash). Didn’t have to wait in long at all.
Only two complaints: 1) the hoses kept coming undone from the stall connection, so I had to keep pushing the hose back in. 2) not all stalls have both a flat vacuum and a thin vacuum.
Other than those two minor things, I recommend coming here.”

They were professional, made recommendations based on my vehicles report and even made small talk while they were changing my oil! Outstanding customer service!!! Update- I really don't want to change my review, because I've been going here for years and generally like it. But the last 3 times including today they have told me I need a coolant flush. This is not true. The first time, 3 months ago, I did a coolant flush. Fell for it. Probably didn't need it. I say that because when I went back to check tire pressure they told me I need a coolant flush! No. And then today, they told me I need a coolant flush! No, I don't. I just had major work done on my vehicle and my mechanic replaced the coolant, less than a week ago. It's brand new. It's perfect. They don't just ask if you want a coolant flush, they tell you your coolant is nasty and dark. That's Not true. And that's not cool. Stop doing that to people. It's not ok.”
“They work very hard here! I was in and out with an appointment within 30 minutes to replace a tire. Cece, the lovely woman who checks you in outside of the auto center, was so helpful. She scheduled my appointment for me & took care of my check out process, as well as being very friendly and attentive. As a 20 year old college student, I don’t know anything about cars, lol - she was super nice to me and deserves a raise!”
“Honestly the best walmart automotive department in mobile. They're always polite and very honest! I've been bringing my car here for years...and occasionally to other walmarts due to emergencies...the dauphin street one is the best by far!”
