Wonderful Office Depot, they always have anything you may need and the employees are keen to help if needed. The registers are often understaffed and move slowly sadly.

I'm starting a new business so I ordered some same day business cards. With this order I used a template from Canva through Office Depot website. I picked up my order almost at closing so the print staff was already gone. After getting in the car I inspected the cards and was dissatisfied with certain aspects of the cards. Because the weather was bad I called the store and asked about the sticker on the invoice stating "HELP US MAKE YOU HAPPY! " because some things I wasn't happy about. He told me to call tomorrow to speak with someone in printing. The next day I called and spoke with a young lady about my dissatisfaction on the color and print size. She started it's nothing they could do about it since they printed according to the order and the color may vary. So I asked what does the statement on the sticker mean. She started that's if we did anything wrong like the cut. Well I think the sticker needs to be reworded! So no customer satisfaction đ!

Looked online and found this Office Depot had 7 of the plastic chair mats in stock that I needed. I arrived and noticed none of the mats located on the sales floor had prices on them. After nearly walking around the whole store I finally found a salesperson who seemed reluctant at best to help me. He appeared equally confused about the chair mats and prices and had to ask someone else working there about them. He finally returned and sheepishly admitted that he didn't think they had any of them there. When I pressed him about why it showed 7 in stock he just replied that sometimes those items are only available online which makes no sense when I selected store pickup. I realized it was futile to continue the conversation so I simply walked out. It's a shame that companies like this are hiring such ill-qualified people to staff their stores and then they wonder why no one wants to shop there!

When it comes to printing they are super slow and always have a bad Attitude for those needing assistance.. I send my clients to this location all the time and their experience is always the same . We need patient , caring staff members that will go over the top to provide the most care for customers this is why I always recommend not going to this specific location âŚ.

Jordan in the print and copy center was incredibly helpful and equally devoted to assisting customers even when it was extremely busy. this associate went above and beyond to answer questions, assist at the printers, and problem solve when issues occurred. incredibly well informed on technology and incredibly paitent with customers of all ages and temperaments. I will be returning and asking when she is on shift for all my print and copy needs đ!

Office deport Print Shop is continuing to hire people who Dnt want to work or print.. Was in today needed one Card Stock Sign and the associated informed me that for this one sheet I have to go online and make the purchase online.. that they no longer Print in house unless order online. She handed me a card stock and pointed me to self serve myself.. Being using around about the early 90.. time has change and business like these are hiring people who just want to stand for a pay check on their clocks..

The changes and new rules for copy and printing is ridiculous. Long lines at self service? No assistance, no refund or credit is the machine mess up your order or copies, you are forced to pay for them.
You can only now upload your print jobs online to a slow server and half working system, then it only half time work with payments. I had to put my card info in over 6 times before I decided to just give up.

THEY WANT WAIT ON CUSTOMERS IN PRINT ANYMORE, THEY SEND YOU TO A DARN MACHINE ? HORRIBLE MOVE DISTRICT MANAGER
I had to drive all the way from Schillinger Road to Airport Boulevard location couldnât use my SPC CARD and they no longer donât customers for print?
I literally drove all the way here for nothing. I did not get the help that I needed.!!!!

My mom went in on 02.20 to print some things out and they were so rude. They refused to help my mom out in any capacity. She had a couple of questions and all the lady could say was âyou have to do it yourselfâ. If you donât have to go there then I wouldnât.

I was just in the store and wanted to check out with the items I needed. There was no one to ring up my purchase, no one even acknowledged the fact I was standing there. This level on customer service and concern by management is why people now shop online. I know me and my business will. I donât need to spend my hard earned money with a company who doesnât care about customers
