Second trip in a couple of weeks with no cars. Last time waited over 30 mins, this time almost as long. Terrible service for a car rental company.

These guys don't understand how reservations work. A 2.5 hour wait for a car that was reserved 4 days ago. Don't go to National or Enterprises here at MOB. These guys are idiots. This place is poorly managed. The Hurtz/ dollar / thrifty counter has no waiting! The Alamo counter has no waiting! The Avis/ Budget counter has no waiting! Go anywhere but National and Enterprise when renting a car from MOB.

Tish was fantastic, so engaging and friendly! I asked her for advice about the area and she was quick to give me great tips. Hirom was the attendant when I returned my rental and he was so friendly. We had a pleasant conversation as he quickly and efficiently processed my return.

With my many previous National Car rentals & accumulated membership status, I have become accustom to skipping the desk and going straight to the Aisle to pick out an available vehicle. This was not possible at the Mobile AL airport (probably due to the lack of staff and the very small size of the airport). With that said, the process of picking up the car still went smoothly. The paperwork handed to me included the appropriate row location in the parking lot to return the vehicle at the end of my rental period. Fortunately, I kept that paperwork handy on my return day. When I dropped off the car, it was not clear at first that the guy who met me at the car worked for the car rental place or was just another customer. This made me feel a bit uneasy. However, once it became clear that he was, in fact, working with the car rental place, he was helpful and polite and made the drop off process smooth as well.

I rent cars often on business travel and rented the past two weeks from this location. Some of the best, friendliest service I’ve ever received at both the rental counter and when returning the vehicle. Four different employee interactions and each was outstanding.

National Car rental has always provided clean, quality cars at competitive prices. The vehicles provided to us were almost brand new and fully loaded with features for comfortable travel. Thanks National!!

In general National makes a concerted effort to provide excellent service. The only complaint I have is that when renting in smaller markets that don't have "the Aisle", they never seem to recognize your upgraded status. Currently I qualify for Executive Elite at "the Aisle" locations, but never get any sort of upgrade or consideration of this when renting at "Counter" locations.

The entire staff year, especially people, like Tish, or why I continue to do business with National. They are always prompt, prepared and polite. I really appreciate the positive attitudes and extra help. Every time I come by to rent a car, which is about once a month.

The front counter was so friendly! My first time renting a car and everyone took time and care to make sure I was comfortable. No hidden language or fees! I was charged exactly what was quoted and drop off was almost too easy! I thought it would be more of a drawn out process but they really take care of you at National.

Have probably rented with these folks 10+ times. Always on-point. The one time a mistake happened, they made it 100% right. Just make sure you double check with them if arriving after 10pm - if they don't know you're coming that late they'll close up shop.
