Honestly I Will give 0 if I had the option. Pump been have glitches for months . When you pump your gas automatically *Latch Down* the pump will over fill gas to the ground. Customer service is not going to fix the problem FYI. I was Loyal customer to this gas station, because this closet fast statio sell 100 percent ethanol. When they refuse to fix the pump or refuse to compensate/ not even willing to give a gift card for my lost. I’m most definitely will be taking my business somewhere else. FYI. The reason why they won’t compensate my lost. Because They say I left The pump unattended. I told Them “ I was In my car with the door open, waiting on the pump to finish pumping.” They call that “ unattended the pump”. How? My gas tank is on the driver side and I’m sitting in the driver seat with the door wide open, like normal people. By the end of the day fix your pump. Even the store manger know they pump is not working properly. For them not to even willing to give me gift card. Is a slap in the face. It’s cool.. Shell, Clark’s, or BP will appreciate my business.
*There nothing wrong with my gas tank. If it was i will be having this problem at other places. I always Have this problem here. At this weak a** gas station

Multiple visits, pumps are always not working or barely working and takes 25 mins to fill up.Morning "gentleman" is rude and normally screaming on his phone calls. This location really needs an update on staff and equipment. I will go to the station across the road from now on.

Used to be much better. Don't expect to use the restroom, especially in the morning. It has been locked for weeks. Today I asked if he could unlock it and he said it's out of order. I believe he just didn't want to get up off of his stool to walk out there and unlock it.I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure it would've been fixed by now. I never had a problem accessing it before this new cashier came along a couple months ago.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced and was verbally attacked by the clerk and another worker behind the counter. I would NOT recommend anyone spending a dime at this station. I set my cash on the counter on two different occasions and told them what I needed, and the second time the clerk rudley said why do you keep putting the money on the counter and rolled her eyes and looked at the other clerk and they started running their mouth and argued with me all the way u til I walked out of the door !! One lady said well why you keep coming back??!! All over me " setting my money on the counter and not handing it her"!! Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional employees!!

No matter what Murphy's you go to, they always have the best gas prices around!! They also have the best cigarette prices, too... which definitely says a lot since they've gone up so much in the last couple years.

Worst service station in town. Never any windshield scrubbers or liquid in the bins. Half the pumps have bags on them. Keep driving to the next place.

After working 12hr shift, 6pm to 6am, I decided to stop by this gas station to get some gas. I used to frequent this store along but I stopped due to poor customer service. On this particular morning the female clerk on duty attitude was dry as usual. I often overlook her behavior but on this morning I refused to make excuses for another grown person. As I was walking up to the cash register, using a cane, I could see the clerk looking at me with disgust in her eyes. Like I had a sticky piece of toilet paper hanging from my shoes or something. I tried to play it off and ask her was she ok. But she remained dry and seemed aggravated. My point. I refuse to spend my hard earned money on businesses that can't employ people who treat customers with decency and respect. I will not be going back.

One of my three gas stations of choice in Mobile! Clean and usually well stocked inside and the staff is pleasant and professional. One of the better prices for gas in town as well.
