“Where do I start. Denise Horton and her team are an amazing group of people, that go beyond just finding you a mortgage. They were there for me every step of the way. They made everything easy for me; from the pre-approval, to finding me a great rate, to the closing. There isn't enough positive things I can saw about Denise Horton and the whole SWBC team.If it wasn't for Mrs. Horton I do not think I would have closed. Denise is a superstar. It has been impossible dealing with there customer service agents and they have virtually been no help at all. My suggestion is to get a better mortgage company. Denise is and has always been helpful and amazing. But that's where SWBC stops working with you. Very disappointed with there customer service and there ability to resolve simple issues.”
