“Friendly staff and knowledgeable.I looked all over Mobile trying to find a battery for a cell phone with no luck. I went here and I showed the counter man the battery. He said, "How many do you want?" From now on this will be my first stop when looking for a battery.Update - Took a battery to them for testing. It was one I purchased there. They did 2 tests on it. One test was to check the voltage. The second test was a "load" test. The battery tested good both times. I felt they really knew what they were doing and just didn't want to sell me a battery. Thanks!”

“This is a good place! Ask for Corey. Spent 2 days using a friend's phone speaking with tech support and they could not get phone working. Tech support actually advised me not to go into the store saying they would not be able to help me because they were only salesman. Well, "Salesman" Corey was able to and got my phone working in 15 mins. Way more professional and knowledgeable.”
“Super nice and helpful staff.We went in because the switchover from Verizon was supposedly beneficial according to the home salesman when we signed up for fiber.Were promised picking up our phones at home and discounts that didn't end up working so after repeated calls and emails to the salesman (blown off when he was supposed to come back)we just decided to take them in to the store.They took a lot of time figuring out trade-in costs and plan, etc.Even to the point of escalating for us.Went above and beyond solving problems they didn't cause.Would recommend for sure.”

“They did happen to receive the wrong part when I initially dropped the phone off, but promptly ordered the correct part and had it overnighted for repair the next day. While my wife did have to go an additional night without a phone, their communication was consistent. The phone runs like new so no complaints. I'd continue to have them repair my devices.”

“I got to hand it to the staff at this location. I went in to upgrade my phone, I had been mislead by another location I’m not going to mention. But they informed me that I couldn’t upgrade my phone at the time. I came back a couple days later and upgraded my phone. I took the phone home and turned out I didn’t like the phone so I went back to the store, they swapped my phone and answered all my questions. They made sure that I was happy with there performance and AT&T as a cell phone provider before I left the store. The staff seemed to work together great the morale was high and I watched them take care of 4 other in a fast manner while I was swapping phones and they all walked out happy. Thanks again you guys!”
