I’m not impressed. I have called multiple times trying to get in touch with a salesperson to purchase an entire building package. I can’t even get Trip, the salesman, to call me. Apparently the VP, Chris, can’t get Trip to call me either. It is apparent that Mobile Lumber does not want business.

I had an issue with a miss matched cabinet door and couldn't find the right color because it had been discontinued. DR Horton was no help. Shiloh was finally able to find me matching cabinet doors. I'm so happy to have matching cabinets it was driving me crazy having one different color door. Thanks Shiloh!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We have been waiting on replacement drawer and door fronts for MONTHS!!! Twice the installer shows up unannounced expecting someone to be home and twice after having scheduled appointments and taking the day off work NO ONE shows up!!! After initiating a call to inquire about no one showing up we are told the installer was rerouted. Really?? We’ve had an appointment set weeks ago and someone else is more important than that?! And don’t feed me the line about being short staffed. Everyone is short staffed!! The REAL reason we have been forgotten about is because this is a warranty repair situation and Mobile Lumbar has already been paid so who cares!!!

Overpriced and shady business. I am stuck with doors that was an error on Bobby Repka's side. I asked him to duplicate my order and he messed up with the wrong size, was pushy about me signing the quote ASAP and ultimately, I am stuck with 4 doors. What a shame that he could not fix this issue. 0 STARS for this SHADY BUSINESS. Take your money elsewhere, Home Depot is what BOBBY suggested after this dispute.

Best prices in town. The guys in the loading area are awesome. I had a large load and they handled it well. They took time to load my trailer evenly taking into account which material would need to come off last.
