“I don't know why anyone would rate Bryant Bank as less than great, especially with no explanation. I've used a lot of banks over the years which lost the characteristics I was originally drawn to because of mergers, buy-outs and expansion. To be simple but fair, Bryant lacks a few of the services available at today's mega banks but if you want a happy, helpful bank which has commited to remain local in their service and decion making, you can't beat Bryant Bank. They are only available in Alabama.”

“I will never have enough good things to say about PNC. All locations.... excellent. Before i banked at pnc...I used to drop off one of my employees deposits at the Springhill branch. The first time I walked in they were almost dancing around welcoming me..lol. and each time i went in after that.... they seemed even happier to see me than the last. And i wasn't even a customer, lol.... .. so, after a couple of months I went to my bank (REGIONS) across the street, closed all my accounts...and walked my money across the street to PNC. They are so patient with me at this branch on airport. I think I'm up to ...12...idk..13 lost/destroyed/melted in the dryer checkcards. They literally laugh every time i come in because they know what I've done. They treat me like family and I love them. I'll never use any other bank.”

I have often said that I don't just want a bank, but I want a banker. Whenever I go to HW, I have a staff of people who are more than glad to serve me in whatever way they can. “I was going to wait until our new construction home is finished, but I felt like I needed to share our experience sooner. The one time close construction loan with Century Bank has been the best and easiest part about building our home! From initially meeting with Michelle to plan what we needed to do to get our affairs in order before making the financial commitment, to now being over half way to completion. Inspections have gone smoothly and money is dispersed to us quickly which allows us to then pay our builder. The stigma around new construction loans being difficult is certainly not the case with Century Bank. And, the one time close option allowed us to only play closing costs once (instead of closing twice), and locked in our interest rate. During the unknown times of today's market we were confident in that decision, and so far the rates have gone up over 2% since we closed and locked our rate. Thank you Michelle for always being willing to answer questions and assist with the process!!!”

“Since I was 15 or 16 I opened first bank account with Merchants Bank downtown and since throughout the years the name finally became Regions. I am now 74 and still banking with them. Always have pleasant and informative people there. Sometimes drive up gets a little slow but does not matter. People need patience in this day and time. Will always bank at Regions. (Only thing I will say, wish their was a better interest rate in savings) (Maybe I need to check on their money market) love Regions Bank!”
