This lady named Asia lied to me about prices and scammed me out of my money. I went back the next day to take the device and accessories back. She became very hostile and said she would fight me. I will never go back to that ratchet place!!!! She was awful

The employee in this store is horrible and rude. I don't know her name, she ticked me off so bad I didn't even care what her name was, but she has an old raggedy pink weave today (7-7-22) 3:20 pm. I'm so glad I'm switching service providers so I don't have to return to this store ever again!!! If I could have given a negative star rating I would have!!!!!

Service has been spoty for the last several weeks. I had phone service suspended at midnight on the due date for payment with no text or email or any notice. I called to complain and they asked for my pinso they could turn on notifications. Funny i recievednotice when i paid the bill 6.5 hours late. Its difficult to reach the stores. My stores phone often has messagebox full unable take a message please call back later. Custmer service is NEVER clear English speakers and is difficult hear and understand whats being said because of it. His kind of service really makes you want to pay for more expensive service.
