The lady at this location charged me for something that clearly states FREE WITH NEW LINE. After the fact I'm told that what I was charged $43 for the screen protector. I've been with Metro since 2015 but I'm a big fan of honesty and transparency and basic respect, of which I received ZERO. Received ZERO but was charged $43. Was also told by the girl working that I was "just being real stupid" for choosing the phone I wanted rather than buying into her bundle deal which included the biggest POS phone on the floor. Ma'am, screw you. You and your drunk Uncle that was hanging around up there talking about his social security benefits and his friend wanting to smash you ?. Obviously, said friend is a drunk as well. The whole place, person and experience was trash.

Dishonest.I went there to port my number to Metro and I was quoted 147$ for a free device. I got the same deal at Airport Blvd location for 80$ which is 67$ LESS.Go somewhere else and save your money.The owner email in the reply doesn't work.
