“After terrible customer service at two other locations, I was in and out from Saad Medical Equipment in 5 minutes with everything I needed for my child’s nebulizer. I chose to pay cash rather than waiting on insurance to cover inexpensive items. The other two places wouldn’t help me because they didn’t take my insurance. I appreciate that Saad will allow you just to pay for what you need if insurance will be a huge wait or not cover the items. I will definitely be back next time.”
