I decided to buy the furniture and the representative explained the entire process from purchase to delivery in great detail which was extremely helpful. The service I received was exponentially superior to any I have ever experienced in a furniture store. A complete breath of fresh air. I will recommend this store to anyone when the opportunity arises. My furniture has not arrived yet but I expect that will be as seamless as the rest of my dealing with this Havertys store.
