Mark McGugin will never return your phone calls. Never. Under no circumstances. He had our car for over six weeks and every time we wanted to know what was being done (or not done) we had to drive to his shop to find out. Over and over. He will tell you he will call you "tomorrow" or "in a day or two" after he does this or that with your car, but he does not call. Ever. Not once. No matter what he tells you or how much you beg him to please call with an update. He will not do it. You can leave all the messages you want and plead with Mark McGugin to please return your calls. Nope. Not gonna do it.

Took in a 2005 Ford Sport Trac to give to our grandson. Went through entire vehicle, fixed what was needed & made safe for our young man. Such a great guy & excellent work! Very trustworthy!

Have had my vehicle for over 2 weeks no updates on what’s going on I have to drive up there for updates and they do not answer the phone so if you can’t find the time in your schedule to drive by to check on your vehicle do not expect at any time to get in contact with anybody from the shop idc what time of day you call or for how many days you callService: Electrical

I had a tire blow while driving and I pulled into a parking lot next door. My car jack wasn’t good enough to get the job done. Two gentlemen from this business helped me without hesitation. They topped the air off in my spare tire and brought their own jack over. They helped me change the tire in about 30 seconds. I don’t usually leave online reviews but this is the least I could do to show my appreciation.Services: Tires

We had a flat tire next door and two of the sweetest gentlemen came over to assist and they were finished in less than 2 minutes! Have not been here for an auto repair, but I felt like I had to write a review about them helping me out. So thankful we were right next door!!
