It is one of the best places I have been to in diesel. A 100% honest mechanic and I have also taken my truck to him for gas and he is a very good mechanic. He speaks Spanish and English and I also recommend him.

Brought my truck here to see if they could fix an issue with starting. They told my that the entire engine needed replacement for about $8000, but they would be willing to take the truck off my hands if I didn't want it anymore. Took the truck to another shop and they fixed it for less than $800.

would give 0 stars if it was possible. do not take pride in their work. messed up very expensive parts for my truck that they gave me their word promising it wont be damaged. i get there and it was HORRIBLE. the front dest lady is VERY unprofessional and rude. she threatened me & had all her kids in the office and running around outside in the shop area and parking lot. and the young blonde kid went snatching on my car door handles outside trying to get the part out to “look at it” while i was in the office. you NEVER go in a customers vehicle especially when its not a vehicle the shop was even working on. the owner showed up and said “its not that big of a deal that he did that he just wanted to see them” but that is beyond the point. if i would've had a guard dog that attacked him it would've been a big deal then, right? . i told the owner that his worker did not put pride in his work due to him promising me he would not damage the parts. the owner responded “theres nothing i can do about it, i'm just trying to get the job done and get paid. no other shop would've done any better, you'll just have to find something to fix it”. so if you want your stuff thrown together to “just get the job done” this is your place.

Most unprofessional front desk person. She was eating while telling her why I was there. Also I had to tell her twice why I was there. One of the team members gave me a price I thought was too high. The environment was chaotic & waiting area wasn’t clean. I made a decision to go to Fausak’s on Schillinger. Wow! so professional, friendly, clean waiting area, great service. Fausak tire service 100%!! You won’t be disappointed….

Recently, I visited Majestic Tires to replace a tire pressure sensor. Upon arrival, I encountered a lady with tattoos. I politely inquired about a discount, mentioning that just a few months prior, I had paid $15 for a similar service. She curtly informed me that the cost had increased to $25. When I requested to speak with a manager, she identified herself as both the manager and owner, asserting that I needed to address any concerns with her directly. Unwilling to pay the inflated price, I decided to leave.
Subsequently, I sought assistance from FAUSk. Not only did they charge me $22 for the service, but they also treated me with utmost respect and provided excellent customer service. It is disappointing to see Majestic Tires, once a reputable establishment, decline in quality due to the employment of rude staff with questionable attitudes and tattoos. This experience turned what was once a reliable choice into a nightmare.

First took my flat tire to Mavis. They said "It's got a nail and we can't fix it". The nail was in the thread, not the side wall. I took it to Majestic and a women came to me, looked at it and said "I can fix that." She grabbed the tire and rim and carried into the shop. This is a truck tire. Next day I picked it up. Tire was repaired and aired up.
