While this store has a large selection of appliances there is a lot lacking in the delivery service and customer service if something goes wrong! First of all when my delivery arrived I informed the two delivery men that the existing refrigerator was going to be used by a family who was in need. After telling them this they destroyed the entire refrigerator. Based on the pictures the two of them deliberately made sure it was unable to be used. Almost as if they had planned on selling it themselves.Second, when the two brought in the new refrigerator they dented the door of the new appliance. When I called Lowe's they gave me two options. 1) I could purchase another refrigerator and it would be delivered in 10-14 days. Once it was delivered and installed they would refund my original purchase or 2) They would send someone out to pick up the dented refrigerator, refund the money and I could live without a refrigerator for 10-14 days. Obviously neither option is acceptable but, since it is a holiday weekend, I had to choose one before the 48 hour return window expired. This very poor customer service and my discussions will continue with their corporate office after the holiday.

You'd think that it would be pretty simple to maintain and repair a bathroom in a hardware store but the stall won't latch and there is graffiti and inoperable toilets

Went to Tillmans corner lowes today,found some scratch and dent appliances,2 real nice young men were helping me,they said it was cash and carry only,told them a manager approved me to pickup these items before,I wasn't in a truck,asked them to call a manager, well my wife was waiting at the appliance desk, while I waited for a manager, we'll she came up to me and said the manager said he didn't have time to see me,as well as hung up the phone on the associate,well I told the associate to tell him to make time,well he finally came from the back and said cash and carry old,I told him here is a item marked sold,he informed me it was his purchase and was going to take it home when he got off,I told him I had done it many of times and if he could I could, well Shae a customer service manager walked up and said she would help me,she was ringing up my sale,and he walked over and told her she couldn't do the sale,I asked him to leave,she was taking care of me,he kept on trying to start a problem, well she completed the sale and told me to ask for her when I got back,1 hour later I came back to pickup merchandise, they had it upfront, the young man was super nice,and told me the manager called the police on me,I said for what,didn't cuss or threatened him,3 different employees told my wife that the assistant manager on duty named (YOUSAFF) has a bad reputation with customers and employees, I will follow up with lowes corporate and the GM tomorrow

We went in to buy paint. While we were looking for paint there wee two employees in the paint area. We needed help, and they were gone . It took multiple overhead pages, and us asking for the manager to help, and it still took well over 30 min to get someone to help us. Also, the Kobalt cordless tool section is a disaster ... missing half the tools from the display. When I complained to the lady working in that area she told me "It will be alright". So condescending. Very few items have prices on them. Since I started shopping here 4 years ago, it has gone downhill and is poorly managed.

Had problems with returning/exchanging a defective refrigerator. An assistant manager by the name of Ben was very helpful, he got things done very fast and to our satisfaction.

I honestly had a great experience at Lowe's. I got good help from the employee in the tool section, I got good help from the employee at the register, and I had the best help from Ashlee and Eli in customer service after having to exchange a part of my tool kit that was damaged from the manufacturer.

My Lowe's app showed they had 11 trees in stock so I made a special trip there to get one. Then couldn't find one and after one nursery worker passed the buck to the "tree lady" I asked her and she wouldn't even help me look for one and just shrugged saying the app isn't very accurate. Don't ever expect ANYTHING close customer service at the Lowe's located on Rangline Rd., Mobile, AL.
