I’ve had two experiences at Lexus Of Mobile… I have always been on guard at any dealership… That has completely changed Lexus Of Mobile is absolutely the most professional customer service oriented facility I have ever been in it is absolutely all about the customer I experienced at both times and I’ve got to tell you it was not contrived it was believed by them everybody… That doesn’t happen by accident so don’t believe me go to experience it for yourself I have 100% confidence you will feel the same way… Rocky Dugger

Lexus of Mobile is the best dealership I have ever encountered. The service department is superb. I really wanted a pickup truck but Lexus doesn’t make one so I bought a GX. I can’t imagine buying from anyone else.

Took our Lexus LS500 in for its first real servicing. Ernie treated us like royalty. The loaner was superb, the wait was reasonable, and our car returned in fine shape. Thanks for the great service!

Trust and seamless best describes my experience when I have my 2015 Lexus serviced. Craig handles every detail of what needs to be done. I trust him. Never feel that unnecessary work is done or even suggested. He calls me in process so I know what the technicians found, what needs to be done and the cost. No surprises!! Craig makes it easy for me so I keep going back to Lexus of Mobile even though I no longer live in Mobile
