Waite’s did an outstanding job, the dress is completely white and I am able to wear this dress to my wedding in a few months. I recommend them for your services they do an amazing job.”
“I can't praise this place enough. I once had a family member pass away and needed a garment cleaned way outside of their normal drop off/pick up schedule. They made it happen. Another time I needed some patches sewn onto an item. It was crooked due to our lack of attention to detail (they sewed it exactly where we said). They still fixed it for free. “Valerie Williams, did you offer the homeless men food, money for somewhere to sleep and get a shower? Did you offer them any help at all, or did you just pass judgment on these men because they are less fortunate. Just saying!!!! Maybe we should help instead of thinking we are so much better than people that are less fortunate.

“Left suit to be dry cleaned for a wedding and completely forgot to pick up. They were closed so I reached out on their Facebook site and asked if they could help. Owner responded immediately! Called me, met me at the cleaners and had it ready. Customer service above and beyond. I’ve used Port City for years and they’ve always done a great job but I never knew how far they go to please their customers. Highly recommend.”

“Clean and brand new machines upper class neighborhood and a bar nextdoor only downside is it's a lil pricey $9 to wash on different size machines $3 for 30 minutes on the big dryers and $2 425 on a small everything works very well”

“Incredibly fast turnaround for wash and fold and the most wonderful team of ladies working here. Ms. Cindy and the other women are always friendly, professional and helpful. On several occasions they have gone above and beyond. We. started using this service when we had just moved to the area and didn't have access to a washer/dryer while staying in hotels and Airbnbs. When we finally moved into an apartment, we decided to hold off on buying a washer/dryer bc this service has been such a game changer for our family.”
