I had an awesome salesperson in Kohls when returning some Amazon orders. Tonja was friendly, greeted me with a smile, and went out of her way to make sure I had exactly what I needed. She is professional, knowledgeable and very sweet. Kudos to Kohls for increasing customer service. Extra Kudos to Tonja for providing it and making your customers feel so good. So disappointed. Kohls has changed over the years. Went in today just to do some casual shopping and got to the kids section to shop for my boys and every single section of clothing hanging up had a cable attached to all of the clothes. In order to get any clothes off you had to take them off the hanger to get it undone. Asked an employee about it and was told it's to deter stealing and that they've had a problem. They got an attitude about it too
Absolutely ridiculous to have to take every clothing off hanger in order to shop. They said it deters stealing, it deters me from shopping. And why only the kids section too. Do they really think that would stop people from stealing anyway? Done with kohls.

I used to shop Kohl's frequently but now I truly hate coming to the store. The store is always a mess. They obviously do not have enough employees to keep the store picked up from the customers that have no respect for the places that they shop from.

A great store...reminds me of JCPENNEYS which just closed here in Mobile,Alabama last year...worst mistake they could've made to close here..everyone remembers JCPENNEYS from foreverrrr😪😑😬

I was looking for jewelry. Instead of being in one place, it was scattered all over the store. Couldn't find Christmas jewelry. Would like to see the specific areas better labeled, better visual.

It was hard to get into the store with them having doors that don't open. You have to use the middle doors and I didn't know that. So I made two trips when I could have been smart enough to see the other doors!

The shoe department is a pathetic pig sty. Impossible to determine prices, untidiness and generally messy. Not a good look at all.
