I joined this office when it was Johnny Brown and Stayed when Kim took over. They have always been there when I needed them. I have changed vehicles frequently and had everything from rental properties to small business and they handled all my business. Have always been there. My wife was hit by another driver and instead of some random customer service person they handled everything we needed.Absolutely fantastic.

I’ve been with this agency for 20+ years. The change is when my agent retired. The person in charge now does not run this business effectively nor knows what is necessary to care for customers. In my opinion she is in way over her head. Doesn’t do what she says she’ll do, follow up, care for the customers or know the business!
