This store and the staff are amazing. Especially Ms. Cheryl. I’d never bought from a jewelry store before, but always loved the LeVian chocolate diamonds. This Christmas was my first purchase and it was amazing.Ms. Cheryl was absolutely amazing and I honestly don’t want to work with anyone else after working with her. She was so sweet and personable and very knowledgeable about the jewelry. She made the entire experience even more special and kept me updated every step of the way.I love my ring and loved working with Kay and Ms. Cheryl. I’m a forever customer now.

I highly recommend this store and I guarantee you will leave with a beautiful piece of jewelry. Many times people have stopped me, commented and complimented me on the gorgeous ring I am wearing! I am in love with my stunning engagement ring. (The pictures doesn’t do it justice!)Thanks again to Mrs. Cheryl and the Assistant Manager Sami at Kay Jewelry in the Bel Air Mall. On December 1st it was my husband's birthday. I didn't feel like going to every store but I wanted a nice piece of jewelry for my husband. I walked into Jay Jewelry store and a nice lady asked if she could help me. I asked where was the men items and I immediately saw a piece that I liked. She showed it to me and she stated that it was a new piece. I loved it! I asked if she could hold it because I needed to run out to my car. When I returned she was with another customer. She returned to assist me. I explained that my husband was a peculiar type of person. I ended up getting the lifetime warranty and she wrapped it very nice. A long story short, he loved it! Have shopped at this store for over 15 years and bought a number of pieces as well as had special items made. Most of the staff have been there for years, know your jewelry and give great advise on items you are interested in. We routinely go in for cleaning and checks on the items we have purchased and always get friendly, efficient services. The stable, friendly, professional staff make the each experience a pleasure.

THEY WILL TAKE YOUR JEWELRY!!!! BE AWARE. make SURE ITS ENGRAVED. All they do is JUNK youre JEWELRY AND REPLACE IT THEY DO. NOT. REPAIR!!!!! I did not file a claim bc for ONE the picture they took wasnt clear enough to justify anything. it wouldve been a waste of my time and i literally went through that horrible process from 12/24-mid January for a braclet an inexperienced associate damaged reviving a link.. Kay needs younger experienced representatives/ salesperson(s) that can properly operate standard photographic devices to adequately represent jewelry intake. I am absolutely hurt, and we are VERY LOYAL customers.

My feelings are really hurt. I've been sad for the past 2 days.My husband bought me a necklace and pendant from Kay. I ended up breaking the chain. I decided since it was so thin I'd get it sized a couple of inches shorter, so I won't snag it so much. I took it into the store where it was taken in to be resized and repaired. 3 weeks later, I got the SAME EXACT chain "18 inches." I was called to pick it up when I pointed out that it was indeed still the same length chain. The associate agreed with me after measuring it up against the counter. She then sent it back out to be sized again. The 2nd time I was called to pick the piece up, you wouldn't believe it was STILL TOO LONG. they never repair they just replace. At this time, a gentleman was assisting me, and I had mentioned that I had already sent this chain back 2x with no correction. He decided to change the chain out for me for one that was in the store at a shorter length. I was more than happy bc TO MY DELIGHT THE CHAIN WAS SLIGHTLY THICKER. I have had so many issues getting it adjusted that he was so very nice to assist me in this manner. Unfortunately, I broke the hook on this piece this year in January. I took it to be repaired a couple of weeks ago and was called to pick it up. When i got there i noticed they had RESENT the original chain that comes with the pendant and NOT THE CHAINthat i SENT FOR THEM TO FIX [THAT THE GENTLEMAN supplied to me.] The "repaired chain" thatbi recieved (was shorter and thinner) after going home looking at photos, I went back the day after.... and was told that my "chain size is different bc gold stretches."by an old blonde woman THEY COMPLETELY STOLE MY NECKLACE. THEY DID NOT SENT THE NECLACE BACK TO ME THAT I DROPPED OFF!!!!! I dont think its fair. I cried so much. my husband is going to buy a thicker replacement and get it engraved so they can never do this to us again . THEY WILL TAKE YOUR JEWELRY!!!! BE AWARE. make SURE ITS ENGRAVED. Very dissatisfied. Had to do an exchange due to a defective item where stones were falling out. The order was shipped from online. Online at Kay stated I had to do an instore exchange. In store a very rude associate was "assisting us, with a very poor attitude." She told us she could do the exchange, but the price on the item has gone up, so I would have to pay an extra $50? Why would I pay more for an EXCHANGE of the same BROKEN item that was shipped to me?The associate stated I could talk to customer support If I didn't like it. The same ones who told me I had to go to the store.I am just so amazed at how poor this store, Associate and so called policy are.I will be followed up with a BBB complaint.I dont want others treated like this.Jewelry is suppose to be a fun and beautiful thing, not a depressing robbery.I dont want to be reimbursed for having to drive out of my way, nor do I want to be compensated for wasting my time, I just wanted my finances necklace in the correct condition.
