I can’t say enough about the positive experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership was! We traveled 2.5 hours from Louisiana bc they seemed to have the largest selection of XT5s to choose from. We called ahead and spoke to Jake the manager. He was up front and honest and answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns before we took the trip. Caleb, our salesperson, had everything waiting and was patient and understanding! He was very attentive to details, thorough, and professional. Mr. Thomas took care of all the paperwork details and explained everything in detail. He offered us many options and explained in detail! These guys really know what they are doing and made this process smooth! I would definitely take the 2.5 hour drive to visit this dealership for your automotive needs!

We were looking to buy a car from this dealership for my mom..The whole experience with this dealership was not handled good. The staff lacks communication to the buyer..... Would never deal with this dealership again... They also have some of the highest doc fees I've every seen... Very irritating situation.....

The service team they have here is amazing! They really feel like family. Nick in service was overseeing my vehicle getting some work done and he made everything so easy. He immediately had me a loner available so I didn’t miss a beat of my busy life and He kept me updated the whole way through. Thank you again for everything!

This dealership sucks. They actually took the time to call Google to have my review removed a year ago. I tried to sell a vehicle to them. I drove over an hour to meet with a sales person Jake and he offered 32k for my vehicle. Before meeting them I sent pics a description of minor cosmetic damages and disclosed some rust because the vehicle came from up north. After screwing me around for a week I get a text (not even a phone call) saying the GM, Jennifer wanted to back out of the deal due to “general headache” they could have easily made 10k on my car if they sold it. When I called to speak to Jennifer I kept getting different sales people who had no idea what the situation was. Roosevelt had an extremely disrespectful tone while talking to him on the phone, and accused me of lying about the condition of my 2 y/o vehicle. He also raised his voice at me. Finally, Jennifer musters up the courage to actually deal with an upset customer and comes at me the same exact way Roosevelt did. They lack integrity, and basic customer service skills. If you read the lowest reviews they all pretty much say the same thing. Idk how ppl give these guys 5 stars. Google shouldn’t allow reviews to be removed. It’s not fair to the general public. Everyone has a right to know who they’re doing business with.

Jason in customer service hung up in my face after asking to speak with a manager. Jason does not exhibit the customer service that I once received from Cadillac. This will be my last Cadillac.

Updated review: I scheduled an appt with the service dept to have Takata airbag recall fixed on my Escalade & I requested a loaner vehicle. Showed up for my appt yesterday (9-6-23). Everyone was great, very on top of things (even though I could see that there was a lot going on). Everything was easy & fast. I was pleasantly surprised that they put me in a brand new 23 Cadillac CTS loaner vehicle. (Well played Joe Bullard Cadillac, now I want a brand new Cadillac! ??). They fixed the recall & did a full safety check. They let me know what they found. Pickup (& loaner car drop off) was quick & easy.
Very pleased with their whole operation as well as the friendliness & professionalism of all staff members. Jason Palmer is who I dealt with & he was really great! (Thank you Jason!)
Previous review (2021) : I recently purchased a Cadillac Escalade (from another dealer) that didn't have a keyless entry remote. I stopped by Joe Bullard on a day that the parts dept was closed but I was greeted immediately (I believe he was a salesman) & asked how they could help.
The next day that the parts dept was open I called & they were able to order my keyless entry remote & take my payment over the phone. They called when they got my order in & I picked it up a few days later. Again, greeted & helped immediately by the first employee who saw me, she walked me to where I needed to be to pick my keyless entry remote up.
Everyone was very friendly, professional & helpful.
Delivery time on my order was as expected & just what I needed.

Our experience was as good as it gets! Nick Knight is an excellent salesman. He was eager to help, very knowledgeable, very polite and was not pushy. This is our 3rd vehicle we have bought from Joe Bullard Cadillac in Mobile. Great company and dealership!!! If you are looking for a vehicle please give them a try you will not be disappointed!
