Elegant furniture store does not stand by their words. I got this mattress 41/2 months 3 weeks after I got the mattress home it started to bulging. I am very displeased with this company and I need someone to let me know what I need to do about this problem something could be done but Elegant is not doing it.They are not Honest because I was very disappointed that the guy he said he would come by and he didn't. Would you sleep on a bulging mattress please let me know something I'm still paying on this bill but I'm very unhappy so someone needs to do something about it I am disable and I cannot afford to buy a new mattress. My next step will be with BB and with a lawyer who can help with this problem I need a mattress. I need someone in the main company to give me a call. People don't do the Bamboo mattress Thank you this is Helen W.

Picked up my table today. Was met at the door with a friendly smile. He had assembled the table for me. It’s a better one than before. Smooth finish and just the right size for 2-4 people. Couldn’t have asked for better service.I saw a huge showroom full of beautiful furniture. Check them out. Tell them Frances sent you. I don’t get anything but you get excellent service.

Went by there yesterday 05/06/23 from another Furniture store. Saw the exact (Same name brand) sofa, love seat, and recliner that we went to look at, at the other store. The sales rep at Elegant gave me a lot better deal, so I bought it here. They are also going to hold it a short period of time till our house is ready to move in.

This is the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and unorganized place of business. After notifying them about the delivery company damaging my furniture the owner called me on FaceTime to badger me and downplay the situation as if I lack discernment. The owner also had 4 other employees on FaceTime yelling at me about the situation. What kind of company does this? They did not try to resolve my complaint instead they wanted to belittle the situation. The owner told me that he would try to fix my damaged furniture, but never upheld his promise. I would never suggest purchasing anything from the horrible establishment!!
