**Untrustworthy and Unprofessional - Avoid at All Costs!**
We took our company vehicle to Highway 98 Service Center for a simple diagnostic on the AC. Instead of providing an honest assessment, they tried to sell us on replacing the entire AC system, even though most of it was working perfectly fine. It was clear they were attempting to take advantage of us, assuming we didn’t know anything about AC systems. However, as professionals who work on AC systems daily, we saw right through their scam.
To make matters worse, they couldn’t even clearly explain what the actual problem was and still charged us $198 just for a quote to replace unnecessary parts. This is typical scammer behavior, trying to talk circles around customers who they think don’t know any better. We will never bring our vehicles here again and strongly advise others to avoid this place if you want honest and reliable service.

Shannon was helpful and curtious when I called his shop. He suggested being able to look at my vehicle soon after it arrived and call me to let me know problem with it. He did call me soon after it was checked out. He got me in and out within a couple hours. Gave me top priority all with kindness...and curtiousy!
