They lowered the advance amounts. Becareful. Previous years I've gotten higher amounts as always. Crazy thing is this year I'm getting more money back but yet they lowered the advance amounts .but advertise more .. false advertising.. especially if you been a repeat filer for multiple years with hr block ude think ide get a better advance amount... make it make sense .. if I'm getting 7000 back surely I should be approved for more than a 500 advance that's pure insult right there. The tax preparer was like old and very slow didn't seem like they knew what they was doing and had to check them on typing multiple things wrong while doing them. Took to long .. seems like they throw anyone in there to do the taxes nowadays.. I am not confident in my preparer ..
