Mason Bradley with HomeTown Lenders provided us with excellent service.He was a great communicator throughout the loan process with quick, direct, polite, honest, understanding and knowledgeable responses - basically every home buyer’s dream loan officer. He understood that moving fast with our loan application was necessary due to rapidly increasing interest rates. He locked us in at just the right time.We were first-time-home-buyers with no prior experience in applying for a home loan. I had ?? SO ?? MANY ?? QUESTIONS, and he did not leave one unanswered. He kept in constant communication as things were progressing daily and sometimes hourly. He didn’t leave us out of the loop and was sure to keep us informed with every detail in every step along the way to closing day. We closed within 30 days of going under contract!We cannot thank him enough for being as helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as he was. He is simply the best at what he does, and we would not trust anyone more than him to be our loan officer!Thanks Mason!-The Pryors

Mason and his team are beyond great!! Mason walks you through each step and explains everything so that you can understand it. We never once felt like we weren’t in good hands. We deciding to switch lenders from Rocket mortgage to Home town lenders. After doing so we were amazed to see such a difference! Mason and his team moved quickly to help us reach our deadline! I could just cry, HomeTown Lenders is the best in town. Shawn, Mason, and Kim went above and beyond for me. They were ALWAYS on top of things and ALWAYS ahead of what was needed. I think this was the smoothest transaction I have ever had considering it was one of the most stressful decisions in my life. Mason and the team at Hometown Lenders in Mobile, AL helped me with my first home purchase in the early fall of 2020. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and organization truly made what could have been a highly stressful experience extremely smooth. We had a great experience working with Mason and his team mate Kim at Hometown lenders. Mason was always quick to respond to our questions, even if we had already asked the same questions over and over again. Hometown lenders Mason explained the process clearly, made sure we understood various programs available to us as first time home buyers, and walked us through everything we needed to do.
